fees

I offer a range of flexible contracts tailored to your family requirements:

My hourly rate is £7.25 per hour.

Unsociable hours £12 per hour between 5.30 to 6pm.

Bank holidays closed.

School age:

£10 school drop off (8 to 9am) and £22 per after school session (3 to 5.30pm). This includes a healthy snack and drink. If holiday cover is required, this is currently charged at £45 per day.

Children attending nursery:

If your child to attend nursery (normally for 3 hours in the morning or afternoon) and I am taking and picking up, please note (because it is impossible to fill a space for 3 hours) a normal daily fee is charged until your child starts full-time school the following September. The School-age Fee above will then operate.

I do accept tax-free Childcare vouchers.

As a rule of thumb, if I am ill or on holiday, no fee is payable, however, if you or your child are ill or on holiday, the full normal fee is payable.

Full fees are payable at all other times with the following exception: if a child is on a term-time only contract, a half fee retainer is payable during school holidays, holding his/her place.

Funding:

I offer 15 and 30 hour funding for all ages from 9 months+ and I also offer vulnerable

children funding. I currently offer funding from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday’s

(any time from 8.00am - 5.30pm). I take up to 6 weeks holiday a year. My holiday dates

are given to parents as early as possible at the start of the year and also given to new

families when their place has been confirmed.

I operate funding on term time only basis but can stretch to holidays too. I also accept Tax

Free Childcare, so this can be used for any additional payments over the free 30 hour

entitlement.

Please note there are no restrictions to taking up the the free entitlement and currently no

consumables are charged for. I do not provide meals but ask parents to provide healthy

packed lunches (hot or cold) as well as nappies and wipes. I provide nappy bags, bibs,

cutlery, fruit and blue milk free of charge as well as snacks.

All crafts and messy activities are supplied too. Any deposits taken will be clearly explained,

documented and the process involved in refunding where applicable.

I do not offer care overnight or at weekends. You may be entitled to additional available

funding such as Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) or Disability Access Fund (DAF) - please

enquire for further details.

All invoices will clearly and transparently show the fees and funding allocated for each

month on each invoice - this will be sent around the 3rd week of each month via the online secure system Baby's Days.
